THE CARPET QUEEN FINANCING

Flexible financing for your flooring project

Tell us about your project. We will contact you, guide you through financing options, and keep your application status organized.

HOW THIS WORKS Your request stays organized from first contact to funding.
  • Submit your flooring project details.
  • Our team reviews the request and contacts you.
  • We send the lender application when appropriate.
  • We record approval, purchase, funding and internal installment notes.
01

Send request

Customer submits project and contact details from this page.

02

Store review

The request appears inside WordPress under Finance Applications.

03

Lender application

After merchant enrollment, the store can send the official lender application link.

04

Track outcome

Approval, financed amount, funding, purchase and internal payment notes stay in one record.

APPLY YOUR WAY

Online or in-store — both stay in the same finance dashboard.

For a Bajaj-style experience, the customer starts on your website, their request is saved in WordPress, and then they continue to the lender's secure application when your merchant account is connected.

IN STORE / PHONE

Finance with our team

For walk-ins or phone customers, staff can create the same record manually inside WordPress and then send or open the lender application.

  • Staff creates application record
  • Customer details stored centrally
  • Approval and funded amount tracked
  • Manual installment notes available
  • Same dashboard as online requests

FINANCE WITH SYNCHRONY

Customers can also continue to Synchrony online.

The Carpet Queen website can collect and save the customer request first, then send the customer to Synchrony's secure website for financing. Synchrony offers flooring financing resources, prequalification/apply options, and a Synchrony HOME retailer network.

01

Save your Carpet Queen request

Complete the form below first so The Carpet Queen has your project amount, contact details and finance request in its dashboard.

Start with The Carpet Queen →
02

Explore / prequalify with Synchrony

Open Synchrony's official flooring financing page. Synchrony may offer a prequalification option with no impact to the credit score before a full application.

Open Synchrony Flooring
03

Apply for Synchrony HOME

Use Synchrony's secure HOME application flow to select an eligible retail partner and apply. Final approval and terms are provided by Synchrony.

Apply on Synchrony →
04

Check accepted locations

Use the Synchrony HOME locator to confirm participating merchants. The Carpet Queen must be enrolled/accepted by Synchrony before it can be treated as a participating Synchrony merchant.

Check Synchrony locations
Important: The public Synchrony links let customers explore, prequalify or apply with Synchrony, but they do not automatically make The Carpet Queen a Synchrony merchant. Merchant enrollment is still required for financing to be accepted specifically at The Carpet Queen. Synchrony does not send approval/payment data back to WordPress automatically through these public links.
REQUEST FINANCING

Tell us about your flooring project.

This form does not perform a credit check and does not approve financing. It creates a finance request for The Carpet Queen so our team can contact you and guide you to the official lender process.

Important: financing is subject to lender approval and lender terms. The internal payment tracker in WordPress is for merchant-side record keeping only. It does not automatically read a customer's official lender payment history unless a lender API is added later.
